P&G Brickworks partnered with Quinn Estates to revitalise The Old Water Works, breathing new life into this once-abandoned site. Completed in 2018, the project involved rebuilding and transforming the shell of the former waterworks into eight stunning apartments. Currently, we are expanding this development by constructing four more houses to the rear of the site, further enhancing this distinctive blend of heritage and modern living.
Project Overview
The Old Water Works project showcases the exceptional capabilities of P&G Brickworks in adaptive reuse and modern construction. Working in partnership with Quinn Estates, the original waterworks shell was meticulously rebuilt and revamped to create eight premium apartments. Our efforts not only preserved the essence of this historic structure but also transformed it into a residential space that meets contemporary living standards. The ongoing second phase involves the construction of four additional houses, complementing the already completed apartments.
